What this site is for
This website provides home and dwelling insurance quote paths for properties in: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arkansas, Arizona, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Indiana. Do not send medical records, consumer health data, or information about a child through the public form.
Information we collect
If you use the quote form, we receive the details you choose to send: desired effective date, name, optional entity name, property address, mailing address, phone, email, unit count, detailed home description, optional comments, and your consent. If you later become a client, we also collect underwriting information needed to place or service a policy by a follow-up channel you agree to.
Server logs may record IP address, user-agent, referring URL, and the pages requested, for security and diagnostics. By default this site does not set non-essential cookies and does not load analytics.
How we use information
We use submissions to contact you about a home or dwelling insurance quote under the Affordable Home Insurance brand, to seek terms from insurance carriers and their underwriting partners, to service accounts if you bind, and to meet record-keeping and regulatory duties. A quote request is not a binder. We do not sell your information.
Sharing and partner / affiliate referral
We share what a carrier, managing general agent, or necessary vendor needs to underwrite, bind, or service a home insurance account, or what a regulator, court, or auditor lawfully requires. We do not share quote-form data with advertisers.
If a product or class is outside our appetite or the markets we place, we may refer your submission to a partner or affiliate insurance agency or brokerage so that firm can contact you about coverage. We do this only after you submit the quote form and give consent naming Affordable Home Insurance. We do not sell the file.
Your choices
You may decline marketing texts by replying STOP where applicable. You may request access or correction of quote-form information by submitting a privacy request through the quote form and labeling it as a privacy request.
Retention and security
We retain quote and account records as long as needed for placement, servicing, and legal duties. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information through the quote form.
Changes
